Been experimenting with new recipes and I think this one’s a winner! Spicy air fryer potatoes. Chop red potatoes and toss with 1 Tbsp of safflower oil, 2 tsp of Frank’s Hot Sauce, a dash of salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook in air fryer for 10 minutes on 380 degrees, then raise temp to 400 for 5 more minutes. Remove from fryer and top with 12 Tbsp of butter or safflower oil. Sprinkle with a blend of onion powder, garlic powder, parsley flakes, salt, paprika, and white powder and voila, a yummy side dish or snack!
