Kale 🥬 Smoothie Bowls
Makes 1 8oz portion
1 cup of kale leaves
1 cup almond milk
1 banana 🍌 (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp honey
1/2 avocado 🥑
1 handful blueberries
1 cup of ice
1/3 cup granola for topping
Blend all ingredients expect bluebs and granola. Add more ice for added thickness. Top with granola and blueberries, serve and enjoy! 💚
