#Breakfast #Loading #LoadedBreakfast. So what some people may not know about me is that I suffer from #Chronic #Migraines. One of the ways I help my brain is by eating a heavy #Omega3 #Vegetarian #SoakedOats. Enter my oats. Below is one of my quick and #Deceptively #Healthy #Recipes

INGREDIENTS
1) 40g @quaker #OldFashionedOats
2) 10g #ChiaSeeds
3) 10g #FlaxSeed
4) 10g #Walnuts
5) 85g @chobani #VanillaYogurt
6) 20g @themarianifamily Raisins
7) 1/2 cup @almondbreeze Unsweetened #VanillaAlmondMilk
8) 5g @bobsredmill Unsweetened shredded coconut
9) #Cinnamon to taste

STEPS
1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl on a scale taring between each step to ensure that you have the correct weight. Leaving the milk and cinnamon as the last step and doing the yogurt and oats as the first.
2) Stir the ingredients so that they are properly combined; then go about your normal routine while the oats softens in the milk and yogurt.
3) Serve with morning beverage of choice. I’m a #coffeeaddict so I serve mine with a strong serving of @folgers black silk (usually black).

NUTRITION Calories 510; 21.15g fat (good fats from the seeds and nuts [saturated fat 4.27g]); 42.41mg sodium; 0 cholesterol; 61.67g carbohydrates (with 14.69g dietary fibre [1/2 a days worth I might add] and 21.42g sugars [from the raisins and yogurt]); and 20.3g Protein. If you add the coffee that I use add 3 calories to the above tare. Enjoy 😉
