Can’t decide what to make for dinner? Lasagna is such a quick and easy meal to prepare with so many different options for what you can put inside. Change up the recipe below as you please!
1lb ground beef
1 medium onion
1 red pepper
1 orange/ yellow pepper
500g ricotta cheese
340g Ball Mozzarella
2 jars of 630ml tomato sauce (mix with 1tbsp of salt, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp basil, 1 tsp thyme)
Fry onion, lightly fry veggies, and mix together
Separately, cook ground beef, add 1 tbsp all spice(mixture of spices). Boil water for lasagna noddle – Strain.
Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce in the bottom of a 9×13 dish
Add layer of cooked lasagna noodles Spread an even layer of the 400g ricotta and 140g mozzarella
Spread an even layer of meat & sauce Add noodle
Spread an even layer of veggies
Spread an even layer of meat and sauce
Top it with a final layer of noodles, sauce, 240g mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
These steps will reduce cook time to 35-40 mins at 350F
Add a side of salad of your choice!
