Chicken pieces
Potatoes quartered
1 onion quartered
1 tin Chickpeas
Natural yogurt approx 3/4 of a big tub
1tbsp curry paste
Lemon juice
Score chicken skin and squeeze lemon on it.
Mix yoghurt and paste together to your taste.
Put a few tbsp into the chicken and coat and pour the rest into potatoes onions and chickpeas in their water. Place them on bottom of roasting tray and arrange the chicken on top.
Cook 180c for approx 50 minutes
Scatter with coriander if you like it or have any.
