CHICKPEA, PEANUT BUTTER + CHOCOLATE SQUARES🥜
Can you tell I’m procrastinating from uni work making this video?! Basically you chuck all the ingredients into a blender for this recipe and you end up with super soft, fluffy traybakes. If you’re looking for something yum to bake these are something a bit different!

1x 400g tin of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
100g dark chocolate (chopped)
100g smooth peanut butter
4 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda ——————————————————————
1) Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and grease a 20×20 (ish) square tin
2) Put all the ingredients (minus the chocolate) into a food processor and blend until smooth.
3) Stir in the chocolate. Pour into the greased tin. Put in the oven for 15-18 mins until golden.
4) Remove and let cool for 20 mins before cutting into squares.
