Chocolate banana protein oats recipe 🤤
Ingredients • ¾ cup rolled oats • ½ scoop whey vanilla or choc protein • ¾ cup low fat milk • ½ banana, mashed • 1 tsp cacao (if not using choc protein) • ½ cup low fat Greek yoghurt • 2 tsp peanut butter
Method
1. Mix all ingredients in a container or jar, stir well
2. Leave in fridge overnight, liquid will absorb
