FIVE Healthy + High Protein Breakfasts💪🏻🥣✨ *Swipe for all 5 easy + low calorie ideas 🙂 What’s your favourite 1-5?💕


Only have 5 minutes for breakfast in the morning?⏰ Instead of skipping out on breakfast or grabbing something to go, throw together these quick ideas for a refreshing and filling way to start your day☀️Meal prep ideas for the week ahead as well🤩


1️⃣ 🍍PROTEIN TROPICAL YOGURT
1 cup frozen tropical fruit
3/4 cup full fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup almond milk or milk of choice


2️⃣🍯HOT or COLD OATMEAL
This recipe contains some of my favorite oatmeal toppings including: almond butter, dark chocolate chips and fruit!


3️⃣🍳PROTEIN EGG MUFFINS
6 eggs, 1/4 cup pepper, 1/4 cup feta, 2 tbsp onion, 3 tbsp sun dried tomatoes. Combine ingredients then place in 6 greased muffin tins and bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.


4️⃣ 🍘OATMEAL BALLS
1/2 cup peanut butter, 1 cup oats, 1/3 cup seeds.
Place all ingredients in a bowl, mix and form into balls. Place in covered container and put in fridge for up to 1 week!


5️⃣🍧SMOOTHIE BOWL RECIPE
Greek yogurt, milk, fruit, coconut, granola, nut butter and seeds is a delicious recipe high in protein 💪🏻
