Galaxy Cauli-Oats 💫🪐🌌
1/4 cup oats
around 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
1/3 cup frozen berries
1/2 scoop chocolate pea protein powder
1 packet stevia
pinch of salt
1 tbsp peanut butter powder
1 tbsp natural chunky peanut butter
1 tsp honey
a couple chocolate chips
handful chopped nuts
1 tbsp chia seeds
Combine oats & cauliflower and cover with water (not fully covered). Microwave for 3 minutes and halfway through add vanilla and cinnamon. It’s okay if it’s still a little watery. After the 3 minutes in microwave, stir in protein powder, stevia, and pinch of salt and microwave for another 30 seconds, or until a thicker consistency forms.
Move berries to one side and pour in oats on the other side. Top with desired toppings and pour milk over the berries ~galaxy~ effect.
