Galaxy Cauli-Oats 💫🪐🌌⁣
1/4 cup oats⁣
around 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower ⁣
Almond milk ⁣
1/3 cup frozen berries⁣
1/2 scoop chocolate pea protein powder ⁣
cinnamon ⁣
vanilla extract ⁣
1 packet stevia ⁣
pinch of salt ⁣

toppings:⁣
1 tbsp peanut butter powder ⁣
1 tbsp natural chunky peanut butter⁣
1 tsp honey ⁣
a couple chocolate chips ⁣
handful chopped nuts ⁣
1 tbsp chia seeds ⁣

Directions: ⁣
Combine oats & cauliflower and cover with water (not fully covered). Microwave for 3 minutes and halfway through add vanilla and cinnamon. It’s okay if it’s still a little watery. After the 3 minutes in microwave, stir in protein powder, stevia, and pinch of salt and microwave for another 30 seconds, or until a thicker consistency forms. ⁣

Move berries to one side and pour in oats on the other side. Top with desired toppings and pour milk over the berries ~galaxy~ effect. ⁣

Calories: Around 400 (including toppings). Protein: 30g || Carbs: 36g || Fats: 18g
