I cook because feeding your family and friends is the ultimate expression of love and caring. I also find the process of cooking very enjoyable and relaxing. It’s a universal truth that if you cook something with love and passion, taste will automatically comes in it. Home cooked food always welcomed by my family.

Heat oil, and add onions to fry till golden brown, add kalongi, zeera to fry, now add tomatoes 3 chopped, add red chili flakes 1.5 tbsp, ginger garlic 2 tablespoon, turmeric 1.5 teaspoon and salt to taste. Stir for 3 min now add 3 big aloo and 6 small baingan in cubed shape. Now cook them on medium flame for another 4 min. Now add little water and cover the pan on low flame till baingan and aloo both become tender. Now uncover the pan and cook again on medium heat to evaporate the water. Garnish with Julian shaped ginger and green chili and hara dhaniya…
