Korean BBQ Shredded Chicken in the Crockpot

Ingredients:
– 2 lbs of boneless, skinless Chicken breasts
– Your choice of Korean BBQ marinade (I buy mine pre-made but you can make it yourself easily) – 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 3 tbsp coconut aminos
– salt and pepper to taste – 2 tbsp onion powder
– 2 tbsp garlic powder
– 3 tbsp fresh minced garlic
– chopped up green onions
Directions: – Mix everything into crockpot on top of chicken
– set for low 8 hours or high 4 hours
– shred chicken
THAT’S IT!
I usually serve this on a tostada with slaw and a sweet chili sauce, or over plain white or jasmine rice! ENJOY!
