Mushroom & Spinach Toast!

Once again a very simple and quick recipe with simple ingredients, to try during lockdown.

Sauté mushroom in a pan using little butter for about 2-3 minutes on medium flame, add salt & pepper. Once done, transfer it to a bowl. Now, in the same pan, add a little butter and sauté spinach for about 2 minutes, add salt. Toast the bread slices. Spread butter, sautéed spinach and mushroom. Add some cheese. You can sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano seasoning as well. I have used @amul_india garlic butter. If you don’t have garlic butter at home, add 2-3 cloves of grated garlic while sautéing mushroom.
