My banana + PB + chocolate chip cookies!
I originally made these on a whim with my left over ingredients at home and they turned out to be the perfect ratio! Give these a try and let me know how they turn out or if you make any substitutions! I tried to make these as healthy as possible for it being a cookie😉 –
I added a light drizzle of agave to help sweeten it since my bananas were not super ripe. But I did this recipe again with super ripe bananas and found it to be sweet enough without any added sweetener/sugar! –
the cookies are SO SOFT and moist without any added oils or butter! –
I melted my peanut butter in the microwave for about 20ish seconds so that it would be easier to combine in with the ingredients! –
once you mix up the batter, place it in the fridge so it can firm up! Perfect time to clean up your area and prep the baking sheet! –
I use a dark non stick baking sheet as the base and line it with parchment paper! –
I baked it to 350 for about 12-13ish minutes (Colorado altitude/time!) so it may vary if you’re trying this recipe elsewhere! .
