Phew, these are really crazy times these days! 😞 Flour and yeast are sold out everywhere. If that‘s not a reason to bake a flour and yeast-free bread, then I don‘t know! 🥖 🙃•



Recipe:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat. Line or grease the tin with baking paper.

2. Mix the sunflower seeds (140 g), pumpkin seeds (40 g), oat flakes (145 g), flaxseed (90 g), psyllium husk (5 tbsp), bread spice (1 tbsp) and the salt (1 tsp) in a mixing bowl. Roughly chop the walnut kernels (70 g) and add to the seed-flake mix.

3. Warm the coconut oil (3 tbsp) until it is liquid and mix with the other ingredients. Add 350 ml of lukewarm water. Mix everything with a wooden spoon and put in the tin. Let the dough rest for approx. 15 minutes.

4. Then bake the bread in the oven (center) for about 30 minutes. Take out the bread, remove it from the tin and bake in about 20-30 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool on a wire rack.•
