💪🏼Power salad for lunch anyone?
This salad is packed with vitamins, antioxidants, protein, and probiotics, all the things we need to boost our immune systems!
•spring mix, english cucumbers,steamed broccoli and yellow squash
🔥Spicy garbanzo beans:
•olive oil, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, and paprika. Coat them and bake at 350 degrees till they get crispy (I don’t time or measure stuff I just eyeball everything lol)
I used some vegan Cesar dressing and topped it all off with some sauerkraut. If you guys didn’t know, sauerkraut is packed with probiotics which is amazing for gut health and our immune systems 💚
