Recipe: 𝑷𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒂 π’˜π’Šπ’•π’‰ 𝒔𝒂𝒖𝒄𝒆/𝑷𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒂 𝒂𝒍 π’”π’–π’ˆπ’

INGREDIENTS x1 person
β€’ 120 g of spaghetti
β€’ 350 g of peeled tomatoes
β€’ 1 clove of garlic
β€’ fresh basil
β€’ Salt to taste.

METHOD:
1. In a saucepan, flavor the oil with the garlic clove cut in half and deprived of the soul. Add the whole peeled tomatoes, salt, cover and cook on a low flame for about 30 minutes.
2. Remove the garlic and pass it all through the vegetable mill. You will need to get a full-bodied sauce. Put back in the saucepan and cook on a low heat for about 15 min.
3. Boil the water and add the pasta, then add salt to taste.
4. Drain the pasta when cooking is β€œal dente”, about 1/2 min before.
5. Add the pasta to the saucepan with the sauce, mix and serve with a basil.

β€’ 120 g di spaghetti
β€’ 350 g di pomodori pelati
β€’ 1 spicchio d’aglio
β€’ basilico fresco
β€’ sale q.b.
PROCEDIMENTO:
1. In una casseruola fate insaporire l’olio con lo spicchio d’aglio tagliato a metΓ  e privato dell’anima. Unite i pomodori pelati interi, salate, coprite e cuocete a fiamma dolce per circa 30 minuti.
2. Eliminate l’aglio e passate il tutto al passaverdure. Dovrete ottenere una salsa corposa. Rimettete nella casseruola e fate cuocere a fuoco lento per circa 15 min.
3. Fate bollire l’acqua e aggiungete la pasta, dopodichΓ© aggiungete sale a piacere.
4. Scolate la pasta quando la cottura Γ¨ al dente, circa 1/2 min prima.
5. Aggiungete la pasta nella casseruola con il sugo, mescolate e impiattate con una foglia di basilico.
