I eat a lot of rice. I always buy Kokuho Rose sushi rice and I always make too much. This brand is bomb 💣 because it guarantees a delish sticky consistency, is nearly impossible to eff up on the stove and is sold in big old bags. I like to fry leftover rice with whatever veg I have (and an egg, if I’m rich). Usually to fry rice I use margarine in the pan on high heat, and I’m certain I’m not doing it right, but it tastes great. .

Fresh green beans (or whatever needs cooking ASAP)
Earth balance vegan spread (for sautéing)
Sliced garlic
Soy sauce
Sesame oil (for garnish)
