Sarma Kadayıf

500 gr kadayıf, 150-200 gr butter (melt and pour over the kadayıf rolls before baking), walnut. .
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees celcius until golden brown.

Syrup: 3.5 glasses of water, 3 glasses of sugar, 1/4 lemon. .
Cook water and sugar together. Bring mixture to a boil. Throw in the lemon then set aside.

Let dessert soak the syrup for a few hours. .
Serve with pistachio, ice cream or kaymak (thickened cream). .
