Semolina Crusted Salmon 😋:
Combine some semolina, salt, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne pepper in a wide bowl. Toss the fish in the semolina; transfer to a plate. Heat some oil in a nonstick pan and pan-fry for about 2 minutes on each side or until cooked through depending on the thickness of the fish.
Salad: lettuce, white cabbage, tomatoes, pomegranate seeds, cucumbers, spring onions, parsley, mint, red onions and purslane leaf (optional)
Dressing: lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt, dried mint, pomegranate molasses or balsamic glaze.
