SET SMART GOALS
Smart goals are: specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound. For a goal to be specific it can’t be too vague. You should have a very specific end point. To make your goal measurable you need to be able to track your progress to judge when your goal should be met. Don’t set goals that aren’t attainable. Make sure you are able to achieve the set goal. The goal also should be relevant and benefit you directly. You should also make sure it’s time bound so set a goal when you want to achieve it by. SMART goals will allow you to hold yourself accountable in a realistic way and make you reach your given goals. What are some of your SMART goals right now?
