Since everyone is baking now I’ll share my secret recipe 😊 for bretzel or pretzel. -500g flour and 10g salt
-250ml warm milk with 10g sugar and 10g yeast (if you do not use dry yeast take 10% of the flour amount = 50g)
– Mix everything together and kneed the dough for around 5 minutes. Form a ball and let it chill in a bowl for 2 – 2.5 hrs
– next 1 Liter of water with 1.5 tbs natron boil it up and turn the heat off.
Make a pretzel form or bread, drop those bad boys in there for 10 second and put some see salt on em. And then for 15-20 minutes at around 220°in the oven
