VEGAN POKE BOWL! (Total time: 30 Minutes) 🌽 🥒 🥕 #vegan #healthyfood #plantbased
Poke Sauce/Dressing ⁃Sesame oil ( Optional)
⁃Soy sauce
⁃Juice of 1 Lime
⁃A splash of water
⁃Rice wine vinegar ( substitute: white wine, red wine)
⁃Chopped Garlic ⁃Chopped Ginger
⁃Salt
⁃Pepper

Base: Brown Rice

Toppings: ⁃Cucumbers
⁃Carrots
⁃Edamame
⁃Frozen Corn
⁃Green Onions

Protein Source: ( No cooking needed)
⁃Tofu (marinated in chopped ginger, garlic and soy sauce for 5-10 minutes)

Steps:
1. Cook Rice ( while prepping ingredients)
2. Prep Ingredients
3. Make Dressing
4. Assemble
