You will need –
1 cup water
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 banana (mashed)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 scoop choc protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
Handful of cacao nibs
Method – Boil the water, place in ingredients except the peanut butter and cacao nibs in the saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add peanut butter and cacao nibs and stir through.
Note – Can add a little almond milk if you don’t like it too thick 🙋🏻♂️ Enjoy!
